In June 2010, Guldveterinären opened its home-visit veterinary practice in Stockholm County!
Since 2018, Guldveterinären has driven fossil-free and can make home visits in all of Stockholm’s environmental zones.
Guldveterinären focuses on preventive animal healthcare and on being a helping hand for a warm and dignified farewell at home.
As demand for home euthanasia visits is high, four-legged friends who need help to pass on peacefully must be given priority.
You can book regular visits for the following services and add-on services (in connection with another treatment):
- Euthanasia
- Health check of puppy and kitten litters
- ID marking with mini microchip
- Mat clipping
- Dog vaccination
- Cat vaccination
Vaccination appointments are short visits within 15 minutes’ travel of Vasastan and can be booked at 10:00, or at 14:30 if I am on the “right” side of town after an earlier visit (see schedule below).
If there are many animals or several services/add-on services, a regular appointment at 11:00 or 13:00 can be booked.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays I work as a dental surgeon at Vasastans Veterinärklinik and do not make home visits. Guldveterinären only provides emergency and out-of-hours care in exceptional cases.
Guldveterinären can be reached by filling in the contact form.

Please note that times are approximate. Long journeys, shorter visits or other circumstances may shift the times.
Please be available from 30 minutes before the appointment time, as I will let you know when I set off from my previous visit, with a more precise arrival time by GPS.
You can often get your preferred date and time with 1–3 weeks’ notice (depending on the season). Sometimes appointments are available the same week and, exceptionally, the same day.
I only call back when the matter has been submitted via the contact form.
Guldveterinären is also on Facebook.
